888live Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and 888live ("Platform", "We"). This document governs your use of all services, games, features and content available through the 888live platform at 888live-app.com.

By completing the account registration process, making your first deposit, or simply browsing the 888live platform, you explicitly agree to be bound by all terms set out in this document as well as any ancillary policies referenced, including Privacy Policy and guidelines Responsible Gambling us.

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) 888live account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts as well as the forfeiture of any balances or winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name as shown on your identification document, an active email address, a Malaysian phone number registered in your own name, and your actual date of birth.

You are solely responsible for:

888live accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via approved payment methods only. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name — we do not accept third-party deposits.

888live does not charge any fees for standard deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges depending on their service plan. 888live is not responsible for any such third-party charges.

You may withdraw your winnings from your 888live account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per application.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit (for anti-money laundering compliance purposes).
• Full identity verification (KYC) must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any outstanding bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals to Malaysian e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow) are processed within 2-hour timeframe.
• Withdrawals via FPX may take up to 1 business day depending on your bank.

888live reserves the right to request additional supporting documents — such as a copy of your identification card or bank statement — for verification purposes on any withdrawal application that requires further review. This is a protective measure designed to safeguard your account, not to complicate the withdrawal process.

In the event of a technical error or system failure during gameplay that results in an incorrect payout, 888live reserves the right to void or adjust the winnings following a thorough investigation. 888live's decision in such matters is final.

888live offers its members a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms stated in each respective offer, and the following general conditions also apply:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses are subject to the specified wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until these requirements have been met in full.
• One Bonus Per Member: Each member is entitled to any given bonus offer once only, unless otherwise stated. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through fraudulent means will result in account termination.
• Bet Limit While Bonus Is Active: Some bonuses impose a maximum bet per round or match while wagering requirements are being fulfilled. Breaching this limit may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonus Validity Period: Every bonus has a set validity period. Any unused bonus or unfulfilled wagering requirement within that period will expire automatically.
• Right to Void: 888live reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time, with reasonable notice given to the members affected.

Live casino games at 888live — including baccarat, blackjack, roulette and other available games — are subject to the following rules:

• All Live Casino game results are final and not subject to dispute after the relevant round has been officially closed by the dealer.
• Video recordings of every live game session are retained by 888live for a minimum of 90 days for dispute resolution purposes.
• In the event of an internet disruption or technical failure during gameplay, any bets confirmed prior to the interruption will be processed based on the actual outcome of the game.
• The use of any automated software, bots, or third-party assistance tools in live casino games is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without compensation.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits for each table are set and clearly displayed before you enter the table. These limits are subject to change at 888live's discretion.

For baccarat tables, Banker, Player and Tie outcomes are determined by standard international baccarat rules, which remain fixed. For blackjack tables, the dealer plays according to the rules displayed for each table variant, and those rules remain unchanged throughout the gaming session.

Sports Betting at 888live covers football (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, La Liga, Champions League), badminton, e-sports and over 200 other leagues and sports. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• Official Results Source: Match results are determined based on the official outcome announced by the event organiser or relevant sporting body. For football, the result at the end of regular time (90 minutes) applies, unless you have specifically wagered on extra time or a penalty shootout.
• Changing Odds: Odds may change before your bet is confirmed. If the odds shift after you submit your bet but before confirmation, you may choose to accept the new odds or cancel the bet, depending on your account settings.
• Postponed or Cancelled Matches: If a match is postponed by more than 24 hours from its scheduled kick-off time or cancelled entirely, all bets on that match will be voided and your stakes returned to your account.
• Parlay / Accumulator Bets: If one or more matches in a parlay bet are cancelled, the bet will be recalculated excluding the cancelled match(es). The overall odds will be adjusted accordingly.
• Win Limit: 888live applies maximum win limits per bet and per day, which vary by sport type and market. These limits are displayed in the Sports Betting section of the platform.

All 888live members are required to conduct themselves responsibly and ethically while using the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination without notice:

• The use of software or tools designed to exploit vulnerabilities in 888live's games or systems.
• Any form of collusion or cooperation with other members to gain an unfair advantage.
• Making deposits using a credit card or bank account obtained unlawfully or without the account owner's authorisation.
• Money laundering — using 888live as a channel to transfer or conceal funds obtained illegally.
• Abusing the bonus system by placing only low-risk minimum bets solely to meet wagering requirements (bonus abuse).
• Communicating in a rude, threatening or harassing manner toward the support team or other members through any 888live channel.

888live cooperates fully with Malaysian authorities in cases involving fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity. Account information of members suspected of involvement in such activities may be shared with the relevant authorities without prior notice to the member concerned.

You may close your 888live account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be completed or waived, and any remaining balance (after deducting any bonuses that have not met their requirements) will be returned to you via your original payment method within 5 business days.

888live reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account without prior notice if:

• There is evidence of fraud, collusion or the use of unauthorised software.
• The member failed to provide the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• There is activity indicating money laundering or abuse of the bonus system.
• The member has materially breached any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• The account belongs to a member who has opted out through the self-exclusion programme.

888live reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or through an in-platform notice at least 7 days before the amendments take effect, except in cases of security emergencies or legal requirements that necessitate immediate action.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.

Should any provision of these Terms & Conditions be found invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be minimally modified or severed as necessary, while all remaining provisions of this document will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms & Conditions, together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide constitutes the entire agreement between you and 888live regarding your use of this platform.
